Tamara Aguila, XCO

Tamara Aguila knows that a mortgage is one of the biggest financial decisions someone can make—and she’s honored to be part of that journey. With a background in finance and budgeting, Tamara has been with Union Square since 2008, first as a financial service representative and now with seven years of experience in the mortgage department.

“I’ve always loved helping people feel confident about their finances,” she says. “That’s what brought me here—and what keeps me here.”

Tamara and her husband stay busy with their two sons, ages 8 and 12. Between soccer, football, and band, their schedule stays full—but family always comes first. Outside of work, she’s actively involved at City Hope Church and gives back through her volunteer work with Impact 100.
