This program allows eligible individuals to secure mortgage loans without requiring a social security number or credit score. To qualify, applicants need only a letter from their commanding officer verifying income, length of stay, and proof of assets—making it an ideal solution for those who may face obstacles with traditional mortgage requirements due to their international status.
