Lydia McWhorter brings 15+ years of real estate experience and a heart for helping people into every mortgage she handles. A former realtor, she knows the lending process from all sides—and loves walking members through it with confidence and care.

She’s most passionate about the people. “I love that they’re called members here,” she says. “It feels more personal—and it is.”

Outside of work, Lydia is an empty nester with endless energy. Whether she’s working toward a master’s title in dog agility, learning to golf, or trail riding with her husband of 36 years, she’s always up for something new.

And when it comes to community? Lydia shows up—volunteering with nonprofits and living out Union Square’s commitment to service every day.
